This Agreement outlines the terms under which you (“Client”, “you”) purchase digital services and products from OÜ Light Cone (“Provider”, “we”, “us”).

By placing an order on this website, you agree to the terms below.

1. Services We Offer

We offer 3 personalized digital services:

  • Beauty Type identification + Style Book
    You submit photos and information, and we determine Your Beauty type. Based on that, you receive a Your Style Guide (digital PDF guide), selected from 10 available options.
  • Body Type Guide
    Based on your submitted photos and data, we determine Your Body shape and send you a digital PDF "Guide for Your Body type" with styling recommendations for your figure. If you already know your body type, you can just choose the specific Guide for Your Body Type
  • Seasonal wardrobe review + shopping list. This option is available exclusively to customers who have previously purchased the “Your Personal Style Guide” service. The service includes personalised wardrobe consulting (seasonal) and personal shopping recommendations. The availability of this service is subject to open time slots and must be confirmed in advance.

All services are digital and delivered by email or by other online means of communication. All digital products are provided in English.

2. Ordering and Delivery

  • After placing your order, you’ll be asked to submit the required materials (photos, answers to a questionnaire). Please contact us at epolina.001@gmail.com if you have not received an email with further instructions after placing and paying for your order.
  • We begin your analysis after receiving full payment and all necessary information.
  • The final product will be delivered to your email within up to 10 business days. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, delivery may be subject to delays.
  • Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout. 

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in the shop and include applicable taxes (if any).
  • Payments are processed securely via Shopify’s payment system.
  • You are responsible for any additional transaction or currency conversion fees.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage

  • All content you receive is protected by copyright and is for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • You may not reproduce, resell, share, or modify the materials.
  • All content is the intellectual property of OÜ Light Cone.

5. Privacy and Use of Client Data

  • Your personal data and photos are used only to deliver the purchased service.
  • We do not share, publish, or use your photos or data for marketing or any other purpose without your explicit written consent. You may provide your written consent for the publication of your photos either via email to your.visual.blueprint@gmail.com or through direct messages sent to the Instagram account @the.style.delivery.
  • All submitted information is stored securely and treated confidentially.

6. Refund Policy

  • Due to the personalized and digital nature of our services, all sales are final.
  • Refunds will not be issued once the analysis has begun or the final product has been delivered.
  • If you experience a technical error, contact us at your.visual.blueprint@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

7. Your Responsibilities

  • You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information to receive the correct results.
  • The quality of your results depends on the quality and clarity of the information you provide.

  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
